Every season, our teams participate in a fundraiser that will raise money for the individual teams. 

 For the 2015-2016 winter season, we are holding a Calendar fundraiser.  

What is it?  Every student athlete will receive 10, one-month calendars to be sold for $10 each.  Purchasing a calendar will enter the buyer into 31 individual raffles during the month of January with a daily prize corresponding to the date on the calendar.  A person can win prizes on more than just one day.  Winners will be contacted and posted on the website.

What is the money used for?  For every calendar sold, the individual team will receive $7 in a sub-account of the Bedford Bulldog Athletic Booster Club to be used in a variety of ways by that team.  Money raised in past fundraisers has funded clothing for the athletes (such as sweatshirts, warm-ups, etc.), extra equipment, clinics for coaches, trips for teams and post-season banquets to name a few.  The Booster Club uses any additional money raised to fund the pre-awards banquet (for athletes, parents and coaches), held before the Athletic Awards Ceremony each season.

How long do I have to sell the calendars?  The last day for turning in money and calendar stubs is Friday, December 18th.  Each team will have a designated person, either the coach, a team parent or a manager, who will be collecting the money.  Remember that you must turn in the stubs on time for the buyer to be entered in the raffles.

Do I have to sell all of the calendars?  Student athletes are not required to sell any calendars.  Only the stubs from sold calendars along with the appropriate amount of money need to be turned in.  If you would like to sell more than the 10, please see your coach for more calendars. If you do sell calendars, you will have a chance to win $25 every Wednesday!

Can I sell more than 10?  Absolutely!  Your coach will happily provide more.
